We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has signed up to our retail e-newsletter over at www.VitaminZ.com.au and also let you know of recent changes.

Previously we had mentioned emails would be sent monthly but we have decided to give your inboxes a breather (well at least from emails from us!) and will be sending these out bi-monthly instead.

 Unless of course we think of something absolutely world-changing that you ought to know about immediately...then we may consider the instant email, but other than that we'll put all the good stuff in one email which we hope you look forward to receiving every two months!
